Message from Andy Levinson regarding On-site Content:
It has been brought to our attention that independent trainers and therapists have been capturing video onsite at PGA TOUR tournaments, including in the fitness facilities, and have been posting those videos on social media. The regulations in the credential application clearly state, “You may not capture and/or distribute any video, audio, or photograph on site at a tournament throughout tournament week (including on practice days) for commercial use without written permission from the PGA TOUR.” Therefore, not only is this practice a violation of the terms that you agreed to, but it is also a violation of the privacy of those players and others who happen to be captured in such videos or images. If you have posted any such videos, please remove them immediately. Please refrain from violating this regulation in the future. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or revocation of credentials.
